FIRE KEEPER (MATTE) flame-resistant water-based clear DFW-100F product is made mainly of a water-based acrylic emulsion resin and used by being diluted in water, having less odor during painting. It is a special functional interior paint that is applied on flammable basis materials such as plywood, wood, etc. and has an effect of preventing or delaying combustion at the onset of a fire.

how to use

Surface treatment
1. Completely remove rust, oil, water and other contaminants from the surface of the substrate.
2. For primer, use the designated primer, GREEN LACQUER SANDING SEALER if necessary.

Coating method
1. Sufficiently stir before use.
2. Apply 3 times or more after sufficiently stirring by adding tap water up to 20% depending on the coating equipment.
3. Upon re-coating following the primary coating, apply after completely drying for at least 2 hours at 25℃.
4. The amount of dough (D,F,T) should be 80㎛ (0.080㎜) or more.
