Architecture Paint

CLEAR SEALER DNX-4001 (OPAQUE)

usage
Water-based primer for interior and exterior applications in new construction and maintenance painting

This product is a semi-transparent coating formulated with a special synthetic resin emulsion and surfactants.
In particular, when used as a primer for maintenance painting, it can be applied thinly over severely chalked surfaces or old coatings to enhance topcoat hiding, adhesion, durability, alkali resistance, and weather resistance, while also preventing efflorescence and reinforcing the strength of concrete and mortar substrates.
In addition, the use of this primer contributes to economical efficiency by reducing the amount of topcoat required.

how to use

Surface treatment
1. After sufficient curing of the substrate (at least 30 days for new concrete), thoroughly remove dust, dirt, oil, and other contaminants.
2. For maintenance painting, completely remove aged or deteriorated existing coatings using a scraper, wire brush, or disc sander before application.
Coating method
1. Apply a thin and uniform coat in one direction with a brush or roller according to the specifications above. If necessary, dilute appropriately with tap water to avoid excessive film thickness.
2. When applying with a roller, use a short-nap oil roller.
