Architecture Paint
Q-fit CLEANSOL(MATTE) 100% Acrylic water-based paint
- usage
- Finish coating for exterior walls of alkaline material such as concrete, cement mortar, P.C., plaster, etc.
Unlike general water-based paints, this paint is specially designed by carefully selecting only 100% acrylic emulsion and pigment with excellent durability. As it forms a hard and dense film, contamination by air pollutants is remarkably reduced, thereby maintaining a clean appearance at the initial painting for a long period of time. Moreover, as there is almost no chalking and no damage to coat durability caused by ultraviolet rays, it is a high-grade exterior water-based paint with low contamination and high weather resistance, boasting 10 years of weather resistance.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES (PHYSICAL PROPERTY DATA)
- Superior weather resistance
- As a 100% acrylic paint, there is less chalking and discoloration even after long-term exposure.
- Low staining
- Due to its low staining properties, the exterior of buildings can be maintained clean.
- Excellent economic feasibility
- It is economical as the re-coating interval is long.
how to use
- Surface treatment
- 1. The material should be sufficiently cured (cured more than 30 days at 20℃)
2. Laitance, dust, oil and other contaminants on the surface must be completely removed.
3. The proper pH of the material must be less than 9, and the percentage of moisture content must be less than 6%.
4. The gaps and grooves on the surface must be filled with exterior water-based putty, and surface adjustment should be made before coating.
5. After the substrate treatment, if necessary, apply 15㎛ D.F.T. of Waterbased Penetrative Sealer DNX-4001 with a roller or a brush to prevent poor adhesion and discoloration defects.
6. For areas where the absorption of the surface is severe, apply once more after at least 3 hours at 20℃. - Coating method
- 1. Apply twice to get a dry film thickness of 60㎛ with a roller, brush or spray.
2. At this time, apply by diluting with water up to 20%.
3. After 2 coats, the re-coating interval is at least 3 hours after the first top coating at 20℃.
