how to use

Surface treatment
Cure concrete at a temperature of 21℃ and relative humidity of 50% for at least 28 days.
Completely remove oil, moisture, sand, dust, laitance, and other foreign substances from the surface
to maintain its flatness. When painting over the old film, be sure to check the adhesion before applying.
Remarks
[Gravel]
▶1st application: YEGREENA MULTI BINDER
After applying at a film thickness of 0.5mm, lay out a mixture of gravel and resin, and plaster before set-to-touch.
If the surface is porous, apply an additional coat with a roller.
▶2nd application: YEGREENA MULTI BINDER + Gravel
Use a mortar mixer as thoroughly as resin is able to be coated on gravel particles.
After spreading the mixture of resin and gravel, finish the surface with the designated equipment or make it flat
with a trowel or flat rake. If the surface is uneven, prepare the surface by grinding.
Resin: Gravel = 1:15
(It may vary depending on the size of the gravel, so it can be adjusted depending on working conditions)
▶3rd application (If necessary): CLEANPOXY MULTI MOLDING
Carry out impregnation and leveling work with rubber squeegees and rubber flat rakes.
(In the case of improving stain resistance, strengthening surface hardness and adjusting non-slip texture of the surface)
▶4th application: Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Top Coat (Densil Hybrid Sealer)
Apply it thinly to spread evenly on the surface.

[Flake]
▶1st application: YEGREENA MULTI BINDER (If necessary)
▶2nd application: YEGREENA MULTI BINDER + Flake
Apply YEGREENA MULTI BINDER at a film thickness of 0.5~0.8mm with rake, hera spatula or roller.
Scatter flakes evenly without leaving empty spaces.
The amount of resin may vary depending on the size and amount of flakes.
Scrape off the unattached flakes with a scraper after dry-through.
▶3rd application: YEGREENA MULTI BINDER
Apply YEGREENA MULTI BINDER thinly with a rubber squeegee to spread over the flakes evenly.
▶4th application (recommended): Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Top Coat (Densil Hybrid Sealer)
Apply it thinly to spread evenly on the surface.

[Quartz]
▶1st application: YEGREENA MULTI BINDER (If necessary)
▶2nd application: YEGREENA MULTI BINDER + Quartz
Apply YEGREENA MULTI BINDER at a film thickness of 0.8~1mm with rake, hera spatula or roller.
Scatter quartz evenly without leaving empty spaces.
The amount of resin may vary depending on the size and amount of quartz.
Scrape off the unattached quartz with a scraper after dry-through.
▶3rd application: YEGREENA MULTI BINDER
Apply YEGREENA MULTI BINDER thinly with a rubber squeegee to spread over the quartz evenly.
▶4th application (recommended): Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Top Coat (Densil Hybrid Sealer)
Apply it thinly to spread evenly on the surface.
Coating conditions
Air temperature: 5~35℃
Surface temperature: 40℃ or less
Relative humidity: 80% or less,
PH: 7~9, moisture content: 6% or less
Due to the nature of the solvent-free epoxy transparent paint, color differences may occur as time goes by
if the color of the coated surface is bright.
The degree of yellowing varies depending on how long the coated surface is exposed to sunlight or indoor lighting.
Do not use any thinner to avoid delay in drying time, decrease in hardness, whitening and skid marks.
Do not leave two-component epoxy after mixng PART A and PART B as the temperature rises rapidly due to
an exothermic reaction which causes to shorten pot life as well as a danger of burn.
So apply it immediately after mixing.
