DHDC-2430 Chlorinated rubber top coat
- usage
- Top coat for steel structures
This paint is a chlorinated rubber top coat made of chlorinated rubber resin and excellent weather-resistant pigments. The appearance of the film is beautiful, and it has a good gloss and color retention ability and excellent water resistance, weather resistance, heat resistance, salt water resistance, and oil resistance, and good workability. Because it is easy to work with and drys fast, it shortens the time interval of re-coating, so it is widely used in painting processes requiring fast-drying.

how to use
- Surface treatment

2. Sufficiently dry the surface to be coated before coating.
3. After primer coating, clean up the welded areas (blackened and rusted areas) with a disc sander.
Then, touch up with this paint and continue coating. - Coating method
- 1. Although coating can be done by either brush, roller, air or airless spraying, airless spray coating is
best for obtaining a sufficient coating thickness.
2. Airless spray coating :
- Tip diameter : 0.015"~0.019"
- Injection pressure : More than 2500 P.S.I (176㎏/㎠)
- Store the coating equipment after cleaning with an exclusive thinner immediately after use. - Preceding and follow-up coating
- 1. Preceding coating : Wash primer, Chlorinated rubber system paint
- Remarks
- 1. Follow-up coating with a brush or roller on top of chlorinated rubber paint may result in bleeding
as the internal pigment melts. To prevent this, airless spray coating is recommended.
2. This is a thermoplastic substance that can be softened and decomposed at high temperature (70℃).
