This paint is a backing type paint that consists of heat-curing acrylic resin and melamine resin. It has outstanding alcohol resistance, adhesiveness, hardness, gloss, and wear resistance. It is designed to be used with toning agents for metallic product lines to express various colors.

how to use
- Surface treatment
- • Completely remove oil, moisture, sand, dust and foreign substances from the surface.
• Perform surface treatment and fire treatment to prevent corrosion by hydrofluoric acid.
• Paint after applying a silane primer. - Coating method

- Recommended thinner : DR-3000, DR-70
- Dilution viscosity : 13 - 20 seconds (Ford cup #4/25 ℃)
• Air spray

- Dilution viscosity : 13 - 20 seconds (Ford cup #4/20℃) - Remarks
- • Mixture with excessive amount of coloring agent or pigment may lower the physical properties of the product. Please inquire the technical support department prior to use.
• The coloring agents except the white color agent cannot be painted independently and must be used as a mixture with this product.
• Mixing with blue color dye drastically decreases adhesiveness. It is recommended to add an adhesion promoter.
• Paint viscosity increases as the storage time increases. Keep in mind that this is not a manufacturing defect.
• Using a paper cup while mixing the paint is prohibited as it may cause defects such as craters and pin holes.
