how to use
- Surface treatment
- 1) Use sanding paper (#180 - #220) to sand the substrate.
2) Completely eliminate dust, oil, and moisture.
- Maintain the substrate at 25 ℃ or higher during use.
- Do not paint on wet substrate.
- Completely remove oil, moisture, sand, dust and foreign substances from the surface. - Coating method
- 1) This paint is painted using a direct roll coater with tap water of less than 2%. (Appropriate application amount for single application is 13 - 15 g/㎡ (wet film 11 - 12 ㎛). Inappropriate painting method or application amount may result in insufficient drying or defective adhesion.)
2) Use IR to dry completely. (At least 20 seconds at 100 ± 10 ℃)
3) Paint 4 - 5 times using the process above considering the color and concealment.
4) Perform finish painting with a transparent top coat paint.
1. Painting at below 5 ℃ is prohibited since there may be issues with film formation and adhesion when painting at below 5 ℃.
2. The paint should be stored in a sealed state indoors between 5 - 35 ℃.
3. Painting when drying is incomplete or diluting the paint excessively may result in decrease of film performance and unsatisfactory workability.
4. Avoid painting too thick (DFT: above 50 ㎛) in a single painting session.
